Return and Refund Policy

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#).

Returns without RMA#s will be disgarded or subject to a restocking fee of
10%.

RMA#s must be obtained within 7 days of delivery to the customer.

To obtain the required Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions, please call
1-800-520-5335. Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.


Custom and imprinted items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

Overview:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a refund
or exchange on the return of any merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date
excluding any
shipping charges that where applicable.
To streamline your return, we ask that you please note
the following:

  • If you are uncertain of the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any
    additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before
    purchasing the merchandise.

  • If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us
    IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a Return Authorization Number,
    which must be printed on the returned boxes. (Returns without Return Authorization
    will be rejected). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • You are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we only refund
    unopened and unused products.
